Life is a journey, and sometimes extra help is required for challenges you encounter along the way. You may know exactly what the issue is, or you might feel that things could somehow be better but you don’t even know where to start. You don’t have to struggle alone; I am here to support and guide you as we figure it out together.
As a practitioner trained in both mental health and holistic nutrition, I understand the gut-brain connection and the ways that stress impacts us emotionally and physically. My approach to therapy recognizes the many factors that contribute to health and happiness; such as the relationships we have with others, our beliefs about ourselves, our health, and our environment.
My goals are always for my clients to gain a better understanding and appreciation of their own unique strengths, to acquire practical tools for coping with stressors, and to experience increased confidence for the journey ahead.
